Delivery service «Georgian Post»

Parcels are delivered to your location or pick-up point. If the payment for the order received after 13:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

Shipping cost for «to door» delivery:

• 5 GEL for orders under 149 GEL;
• free for orders over 149 GEL.

Shipping cost for delivery to a pick-up point:

• 4 GEL for orders under 149 GEL;
• free for orders over 149 GEL.

Delivery takes from 1 to 3 work days, depending on your location.

The order is delivered to the entrance, the parcel is handed over personally.

Shipping cost:

• 5 GEL for orders under 149 GEL;
• free for orders over 149 GEL.

Delivery takes from 2 to 3 work days.

After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

We appreciate your trust and do everything to create an enjoyable shopping experience, which is why making returns is easy.

If for some reason a product doesn't suit you, you can refuse it at any time before transferring the order to the courier company for shipment, and after transfer - within 14 days.

You can return a product when that it was not used, and its packaging and consumer properties are preserved.

You can exchange a purchased product for a replcement or another product with the same value or higher. In the second case, you pay the difference in the cost of the goods.

If you do not want to replace one product with another, you will receive your money back (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the packaging of the goods is damaged, with the exception of goods that were damaged during transportation due to the fault of the Seller.

If a product was purchased during a promotion, then the return is carried out including any and all included free gifts.

Payment is accepted by bank cards: Visa or Mastercard.

Payment procedure:

1. Select the bank card field.
2. Go to the payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiry date, CVV, cardholder's name and surname) and click "Pay".
3. After filling out the card details, you may be redirected to your bank's page to enter your security code. It is required to confirm your identity.

If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your card issuing bank.

Pay the order by invoice at any bank branch.

Payment procedure:

1. After placing your order, click the "Print receipt" button and go to the page with the completed invoice form.
2. Print and pay the invoice at any bank branch or pay the invoice using online banking.

Please note:

• The created order is reserved and stored for 5 calendar days from the date of creation.
• If you do not pay the order by the set deadline, it will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be removed from the reservation.
• Please check the time of crediting at your bank branch. Takes 1 to 3 working days to receive your payment.
• Banks may charge a fee for funds transfer that is not included in the payment amount. Check with the bank where you plan to pay the receipt for information on the amount of the fee.

You can pay for up to 100% of your order with bonuses.

If your bonus account balance is positive, "Use Coral Wallet" will automatically be ticked at the payment method selection stage with the amount of available bonuses.

If you do not want to pay with bonuses, untick this box, choose any convenient payment method and proceed with your order.

Important!
The percentage of bonus usage may be different for each country!

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of a group order can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.
